We have used Shores Vacation Rentals for a number of years and have been very pleased with their quick response, professionalism, and all around great attitude. The staff obviously likes what they do!

The air conditioning unit broke in our unit and Dawn immediately contacted the repair company and had the unit fixed the very next day. She even contacted their own maintenance staff and delivered two box fans to our unit just in case we needed them overnight. That type of customer service is amazing! I'm assuming the property owners had to give approval for the repair (it was probably expensive) and I greatly appreciate their quick response as well.

My only other complaint is I got a call the second to last day to tell me that I couldnt park my jetski trailer in one of the parking spots. If I knew this before hand I wouldnt have rented it. You need to put this is the description of the property so other people dont have the issue.

The rental process was top notch. Excellent communication and all terms & conditions were spelled out simply and clearly. I called to ask a few questions prior to booking and the staff was very friendly. When we did need to call maintenance late at night (building lost power from the street) the emergency service and maintenance person reacted quickly to the situation even though it was 11:00 at night. Great overall experience.

Great location and nice amenities. We liked the twin beds in the guest room along with the very comfortable pull-out sofa in the living room. Nice quiet location away from the beach and downtown, yet both are just a couple blocks away.

Our first visit was exceptional. We are definitely returning June, 2016. Our 8 year old daughter loved her room and having a bathroom to herself. The heated outdoor pool was a huge bonus for the weather being below 80 every day. Having a laundry room was a bonus; packing up clean clothes was a huge time saver for us when we got back home!
