You Are My Sunshine is not only in an awesome neighborhood on the north side 2 blocks to Oak St. beach, but the owners are long time guests of ours so they know how to design and furnish the perfect vacation rental.

Let's begin with the main floor bedroom with En Suite Bath, everyone loves that, and the additional powder room. The rest of the main floor is one giant room with a full kitchen, living  with large TV and gas fireplace, and dining. Easy access as well to the large front porch with outdoor seating as well as the back patio with grill and outdoor dining and fire pit.

The upper level features 4 bedrooms and an additional 2 full baths, one En Suite in Bedroom 3. This level also features stairs with hand rails up to a fun kids loft with a TV with Netflix!

The neighborhood is wonderful and the Oak St. Beach is a quick walk away as are North Side Memories for ice cream and Bunde's Good Eats for pastries, Starbucks coffee, and lunches. Easily walk to downtown South Haven with stops at Michigan Maritime Museum, Captain Lou's, and The Depot party store.

Partially finished large basement with TV Room and kids play area. Additional full bath with shower. Access to backyard fire pit area as well!

Parking: Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and off-street parking for up to 3 additional vehicles
Pets: Not pet-friendly but owners have a (hypoallergenic) dog
