We're of the mind that once you've stepped foot inside Urban Escape, you may never want to leave! This gorgeous, newly built home has summer, or winter fun in the bag. The Main Floor is airy, open, and just colorful enough to remind you that this is a vacation. The open-concept living room, kitchen and dining room offers plenty of space for all of your favorite people to gather, and the amenities you'll find in just these spaces will thrill you - from the uber comfy, huge sectional sofa to the beautifully outfitted kitchen. You'll want to come together and enjoy this space several times a day.

But, oh! the 3+ Seasons Room will steal your heart, probably in any of the 4 seasons. This room offers a fireplace, heated floors and massive, operable windows, so you can always stay comfortable. This cozy space just off of the kitchen and dining room has a high-top table with 6 seats for dining room overflow, a 65" TV, and oh-so comfortable furniture to watch it from.

Head upstairs to the 2nd Level to find 4 bedrooms and 2 full Jack-and-Jill bathrooms. Expect a great night's sleep in these well-appointed spaces and send the kids upstairs to a friendly space for the young or just the young at heart. The 3rd level features 6 custom built-in bunks, a full bathroom and loads of fun. Shuffleboard, board games, another huge television, and even bigger bean bag chairs for the full-on game room experience.

Should we step outside? Because that's when Urban Escape really shines! The home's back patio has a pergola with a closable roof, side pull down screens to keep the bugs out, a natural gas fire pit, outdoor dining seating for 10, pool loungers and Adirondak chairs. We could just stay on this fabulous patio forever, but there's so much more! Try your hand at pickleball or basketball on the private court, or start up a game of Cornhole. Watch the kids swim in the awesome container pool with peekaboo window. Or, pack up the provided beach wagon and take the tram down the bluff directly to Lake Michigan. There are so many ways to enjoy the perfect summer day at Urban Escape!

A Note from the homeowners:
Urban Escape is the culmination of everything we love about Summer in Michigan, spending time with family and friends outside. We designed the home for multiple families to enjoy comfortably, and what kid doesn't love a sleepover in a bunk room! Outside showcases our love for playing outside. From the pool to the pickleball court, the basketball hoop to the firepit, there is something for everyone to get involved with.

In the winter, our pool turns into a 12 person hot tub! Inside, the multiple fireplaces are a perfect place to play a game or read a book. We love sharing our time in South Haven with family and friends, and can't wait to share it with you!
