I didn't -- everything was done online and we did not experience any problems before or during our stay.

We had a wonderful time and were impressed with the beautiful, clean, and updated interior of the house. It was also great to be so close to the beach, the park, and downtown. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do during our stay.
