We began working with Shores back in 2015 if I recall correctly and we have always received top notch service which is why we are approaching you first as we consider a larger property for our 2026 visit.

Year after year we have enjoyed working with Shores Vacation Rentals for our South Haven vacations. Several years ago the air conditioner broke in our property and it was going to be a couple of days to get it fixed (waiting for parts). We were not that concerned but one of the Shores staff quickly went to the store and purchased and delivered several fans to help keep things cool. That is great customer service!!! Thank you for all you do!
