Central Lofts 201, is a two story loft with an incredible vibe. Almost immediately you will feel the air of positivity, creativity and imagination pull at you as you walk through the door - from the moment you arrive to the moment you have to say “goodbye.” You will find that there is no conflict with the modern layout and design of the space and the quintessential charm of the Centennial Building’s core materials and originality. The interior space is open and Inviting; the subdued blue beach glass coloring, dark wood floors and the exposed bricks are in perfect harmony and balance with each other. The kitchen with its granite surface and stainless steel appliances brings even more of nature's elements into the dwelling adding to the energy of the space and should inspire you to create the perfect meal. There is a Wine Fridge that you can set at the perfect temperature to hold some of our locally made wines that you will find in and around the South Haven area like Cogdal Vineyard, they are known for a speciality wine made from maple syrup that they harvest at the vineyard as well as traditional reds and white wines.
There are 3 bedrooms that are open and spacious, and a loft area on the third floor, all of which hosts comfortable beds and bedding. The bedroom on the 1st floor has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are also two bedrooms on the second floor, one has a queen and the other a king sized bed and another ensuite bathroom; attached to this room, is the loft area that overlooks the living area below. The loft has a twin daybed, and a twin trundle to pull out from underneath.
Central Lofts 201 is perfect for those on the go, looking to explore, and find adventures in and around the Greater South Haven Area. It is just a five minute walk to the heart of downtown and all the wonderful locally owned stores and restaurants. One of the best places in South Haven to have breakfast is just a block away, the Six Chicks Scratch Kitchen; sadly, they don't currently have a website to visit, but, they do have a social media page that hosts their menu, prices and information about them - click “here” to check out the Chicks! If it’s pure coffee and maybe a treat or two for breakfast that you crave instead, we suggest you go Cafe Julia, also a block away and right across the parking lot from the Six Chicks, but you can order online so your coffee, treats or even lunch is waiting for you once you get there. The beach is a 15 minute walk west of Central Lofts, where you can experience the pristine white sands, the blues and greens that color Lake Michigan, and the gorgeous sunsets that South Haven is famous for.
The energy you will experience in Central Lofts 201, will encourage you, your family, and your friends, to go out and explore all the amazing things that there are to do in South Haven and Van Buren County. We had a wonderful time! We came for NYE and were right in the DT area so could walk everywhere. We drive an EV and there is a stage 2 charger a block away. The pool/hot tub were a big hit!
In the winter the main area is very cold and the bedroom are too warm. Ceiling fans and vent covers would help.

What an ideal spot for our Fall Girls Weekend! The condo was spacious, charming, and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable so we were well rested for days of exploring, shopping, and dining out. The only negative for our stay is that we didnt have time to take advantage of all of the amenities, such as pool and theater rooms. And the communication from the managers was spot on. They provided easy directions, check in info, and recommendations. A perfect weekend with friends.
