Everything from the start has been seamless. We originally booked a Landings condo (which we stayed at last year and LOVED) but since we now have a dog, we decided we'd try a dog friendly property this year. The exchange from the condo to the house went perfectly and whether I was talking on the phone, emailing, or texting, the customer service was stellar! The email reminders were timely and courteously written. It truly was a wonderful experience.

We loved the house, the neighborhood, the backyard! It was quiet, yet close to the beach, cozy for our family, yet big enough to have a few extra people come for our son's birthday celebration. Really, truly one of the best experiences I've had in a rental property in South Haven. Thank you!!!

I loved the property. It had something for everyone. I am an outdoorsy person so the deck and back yard were perfect. My kids are more indoorsy and loved the aircon, the games, being able to hang inside. The proximity to the beach, supermarket and town were perfect.

Before we stay again, we need to be assured that "Bounce" or any other fabric softener will not be used with the bedding and towels as it is very irritating and not pleasant at all. We are highly sensitive to chemical scents. We did appreciate the unscented laundry detergent.
Otherwise, we really enjoyed the ambience and personal touches within the cottage and the perfect location.
