The spacious outdoor spaces have also been perfected complete with an outdoor shower, campfire area, large gazebo with dining outfitted with lights and a ceiling fan. There is a Weber grill and patio, a separate deck with Adirondack lounge chairs and a cozy breakfast area, plus a small shed where you can store beach gear and more. Additional indoor private space is available in the separate roomy studio, where you'll find a movie & gaming setup, table for board games and additional sitting space to enjoy a peaceful drink.
*Please note*: The outdoor shower is currently out of commission, as there is a plumbing issue that leads to flooding in the basement whenever the shower is used. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Near downtown and the harbor and only one block from kids corner and two blocks from the beach, the cottage is a fantastic location for short walks to the beach, playground, or strolls along the riverfront, harbor, and to downtown. So, once you have settled in, you will not need the car. Just relax and enjoy!

You really cant ask for a better location. The house is on a quiet street and is walking distance to both the beach and town. The house was very clean. Its an older home with BEAUTIFUL features, but has been nicely renovated to make it modern in the best areas (kitchen and bathrooms). It has a great backyard, and the guest house is an interesting addition. (October 2024)

Isabel house was a cute mixture of old and new. The house offered rooms to enjoy time with family and make memories. Our favorite room or amenity was the game room!
