This cheerful cottage in canary yellow is quieter on the inside than the outside would have you believe. Its traditional cottage style is both comfortable and comforting, with warm, original hardwood trim, arched doorways and vintage cottage light fixtures.
Recent improvements include new fencing, new backyard patio with grill, dining, and fire pit as well as all new interior furnishings, refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen counters, and new utilities (water heater, furnace, central air and humidifier).
This south side bungalow has ample space for a small family, including  a large dining room, spacious living and sitting rooms, and a sweet front porch with rockers. The kitchen offers the same cottage charm, updated with modern convenience in mind.

The cottage has 2 first floor bedrooms (Queen and Twin/Full bunk bed) and a full bath, and a third bedroom (Queen) plus another full bath on the second floor. 

You will love the location, with an easy stroll to downtown, and only 5 blocks to the South Beach and Kids Corner. Sun Haven has everything you need for a fantastic family get-away!
