I very much enjoy your team. If I call, they are always very friendly and can access our information - reservation quickly. I really liked the email on the first day to ask if everything was OK at the property.

If I owned a summer property, this would be the house. The open common areas, the decorations - feel of the furniture, the availability of everyday items like tape, scissors, ect. made it really feel like it was your house. There were plenty of replacements for consumable items (soap, paper towels) and the quality of these items were good. The kitchen had everything we required plus nice serving bowls and wicker baskets. The games and puzzles were very nice. The quality of the materials used in the various rooms - doors, paint, fit and finish indicate the owner do love this property.

I called and spoke to someone prior to submitting our reservation. Easy to talk with and knowledgeable. Great communication on phone as well as through email. New employee that I spoke with one week before our arrival regarding cancelling the pet was also very kind.

We enjoyed our stay at Eaton House. It worked well for us - 2 families - 2 moms and 4 kids. Everything about renting the home was easy. The only thing I would change is location. I like being closer to town and walking everywhere - for exercise, to the beach, to dinner, to shop, for ice cream, etc. We were a bit too far from town for me to do this. I did walk around the north side but we drove in for dinner, shopping, etc. This is no fault of the house! And I knew it would be the case when we booked it. The other mom loved the privacy. Just different preferences. The house was great. Nice space. Nice to have the half bath in addition to the full bath. Kitchen well stocked.

The house was nice and clean. The decor was very nice and comfortable. There is plenty of items in the kitchen for meal preparation. The location is quite and the beach was private and peaceful. The beach is down the street and about another 61 steps down the hill. I would recommend taking a wagon if you have a lot of things you want to take to the beach.
