Introducing So Heaven, a newly built and spacious 4-bedroom residence nestled in the upscale Harbor Club Community of South Haven. With its meticulously designed open floor plan, So Heaven offers the perfect setting for your South Haven getaway, accommodating up to 14 guests

On the main floor, cool tones of grays and blues create inviting spaces where family and friends can gather, cook, converse, and create lasting memories. The well-appointed kitchen encourages collaborative cooking, while comfortable lounging areas offer the perfect spot for your personal happy hour. Additionally, a convenient powder room completes the main floor.

The second floor provides a variety of cozy sleeping arrangements, including two Guest Suites with Queen beds, a Kids Suite featuring a Full-over-Full bunk bed and a Twin trundle, and a luxurious Master Suite with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a relaxing soaking tub. An additional full bath is conveniently located near the home's laundry room.

The lower level adds to the family fun with a selection of family books and games, a mini vintage arcade featuring classics like PacMan, a Queen Murphy bed sure to delight the kids, and an extra full bath.

Within the Harbor Club Community, guests can enjoy a tranquil residential neighborhood with expansive open spaces, including miles of walkways, a well-stocked fishing pond, community fire pits, a natural pavilion, private marina, and a comfortable clubhouse. Boats, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and golf carts are available for rent within the community.

As summer transitions into autumn, South Haven remains vibrant and inviting. Picture the perfect fall day: a serene morning on the nearly silent beach, a visit to the downtown South Haven Farmers Market, and a stop at Cafe Julia’s for a latte and a muffin. By 1:00, venture up Blue Star Highway, exploring charming antique shops, galleries, and roadside stands. Enjoy a late lunch at Crane’s Orchard in Fennville (don’t miss the cider donuts!), followed by a wine tasting at Modale’s in the late afternoon. Conclude the day with a family dinner using the treasures from your adventures, and gather around the firepit for S’mores and stories as the evening cools. Pool Access: Harbor Club now offers a four-seasons luxury pool and hot tub, located on the north end of the community; The original community pool is still an option as well, and is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
