The Red Maple is a newly-built home along South Haven's desirable Maple Street, featuring a lovely front porch, backyard patio, and a spacious interior with four bedrooms.

A classic front porch faces the parkway style street, offering the perfect spot for coffee, wine or a good book in the shade. In the back yard you'll find outdoor dining space, a gas grill and firepit.  Maximize your outdoor fun with a slew of outdoor gear available to borrow - corn hole, bocce ball, beach chairs, boogie boards and even a pair of bikes to ride into town. The outdoor fun continues in the neighborhood, with Kids Corner Park just a hop, skip and a jump away from the house. Kids Corner occupies a city block with a large climbing, exploring & sliding structure plus park benches, restrooms and a simple ball diamond.  Just across the street from the park is the bluff overlooking Lake Michigan for spectacular sunsets and access to the shoreline via the locally famous "Blue Stairs".  Pro tip - the foot rinse on the side of the house is super helpful for beach-day clean up!

Inside the house, you'll find the Red Maple ready for a great family vacation experience.  The main floor is open and airy, with a central dining space and kitchen island for gathering everyone together.  Towards the back of the home is the main floor bedroom and en suite bath, the additional half bath and access to the patio and back yard.  Upstairs is another master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a petite balcony, two more bedrooms and another full bath.  Red Maple is ready to accommodate the cousins, aunts, uncles and in-laws or simply a friends getaway.
