Everything that is usually considered a “must” to do, or see, or visit and explore in the City is within walking distance. This place is for those not bothered by the noises of the daily grind and the hustle and bustle of a Tourist City. Harbortown Three is for those that want to embrace life while on vacation. It is for those that want to experience the nightlife of South Haven - to dance, to eat well, and to put their toes in the sand and watch the sunset. H3 is also a perfect place to rent while you write your new book, research your dissertation, or are just swinging single and enjoying all that life has to offer.

From Harbortown Three - Su Casa Restaurante, South Haven Brew Pub, Admiral Jack’s Bar & Grill, Clementine’s, Taste, New Park Gastropub are just a handful of Local Favorites that are within walking distance. The Lighthouse and the beautiful beaches are but a hop, skip and jump from the front door - the short walk is worth it. The beaches are always full of life; children playing, kiteboarders sailing the winds, the seagulls crying, people laying out under the sun for as far as the eye can see. After watching the sunset, an evening walk up the boulevard near the Marina, on your way back to Harbortown Three, can be very romantic - hand-in-hand, teasing, laughing and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

What makes this Condo special is that it is not complex. Its simplicity is comforting and familiar, and that makes Harbortown Three feel like home. The couches are comfortable and are great to sink into after a long day of exploration, or a night of dancing. The King size bed will comfort your body and envelop your senses. The luxurious silkiness of the cotton sheets is heavenly and the pillows are like resting your head on a cloud. There is ample counter space to make delicious meals, or just enjoy a cup of coffee as you scroll through your email on your laptop. The water is always hot in the shower and will refresh your soul as you prepare for another day’s adventure, or a fun enjoyable night out dancing, singing, and loving life. The pullout couch is not like those of our childhood memories - it’s actually very comfortable to sleep on, so you won’t have to feel guilty for letting your kids or friends sleep on it as you enjoy the king.
