General Information and Rules of Conduct for Renters and their Guests

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Occupancy: Each unit is limited to six overnight guests.

Garage: Each unit is assigned one parking spot designated by unit number.
Vehicles must be registered with Shores Vacation Rentals.
Additional parking is available in the lot to the north or on the street.
Parking areas are not to be used for storage of personal property.
The garage is not to be used as a recreational area.

Pool: Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. All pool regulations are posted.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No glass or breakable containers are allowed. Children under twelve must be accompanied by an adult. Running, shoving and diving are not allowed. Towel may not be hung on balcony, deck railing or chairs.
Renters may not invite guests to use the pool or common areas of Watertowne.

Smoking: Watertowne is a smoke-free facility. There is no smoking in any common area, entry, exterior deck, garage, elevator or pool.

Pets: Renters may not have pets.

Grills: No charcoal grilling allowed. Gas and electric grilling is prohibited on all Williams Street decks, the courtyard, pool and common areas.

Garbage: All garbage should be placed in the garbage containers in the trash room by the pool.
