RULES FOR RENTERS AND GUESTS OF OWNERS

Welcome to Riverside. We hope your stay here is enjoyable. We do require that you follow a few rules which have been established by the Riverside Condominium Association.
1. Overnight occupancy is limited to 7 persons per Unit. 2. Overnight and day-guests combined is limited to 10 people.
3. Each unit has 2 parking spaces marked with the number of the unit you are occupying. The two visitor spaces are reserved for guests of resident owners.
If additional guests come, they cannot park in the parking lot. This can be a problem, due to 2 hour parking on the street in front, so please make other parking arrangements for your guests.
4. Do not park trailers (boats, wave-runners, etc) in the parking lot.
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. Do not hang beach towels or other items from balcony railings.
7. Grill at lower level only.
8. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
9. Keep beach toys, pool toys, bicycles, scooters, etc., stored on the lower level patio. Do not leave them under the kitchen windows, sidewalks, on the driveway, or lawn.
10. Keep noise to a minimum. Be respectful of your neighbors.

Fines- Please be aware that your infractions of these rules will cause your unit to be fined $50.00 per occurrence.
