RULES for RENTERS at PARKSHORES


Renters have rented a unit for a specific number of tenants. If for any reason you are found providing lodging for additional guests, you shall be asked to vacate your unit immediately and you shall forfeit your rental/deposit payments!

Pool use is limited to owners, owners’ guests and renters. Renters may not have guests at the pool.

Renters shall not have pets on premises.

Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM on week days and 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. At all times excess noise of any kind will not be tolerated, this includes shouting, loud music, etc.

Children not fully toilet trained must wear diapers with plastic pants or specially designed swimming pants, such as little swimmer's.

Toys and recreational equipment must be kept on unit patios or decks.
These items may not be left on sidewalks, lawns or entryways.

Bicycles must be kept in the stationary bike rack or on your car bike rack.
